Sales and Shipping:

Kagi Media handles most shipments in-house but some shipments are outsourced. Some bundle orders that contain multiple products might come in separate shipments (e.g. one shipment for Product A and the second shipment for Product B and C). Regardless, you are not charged any shipping or handling fees. Also, in our many years of operating we have a near perfect delivery record so be rest assured that your order (s) will arrive in due time.

Contact us regarding your specific order after the standard expected delivery period for USA or International. For USA that is 4-6 weekdays after the day the product shipped. For international it could be up to 4 weeks (even though it is usually not that long).

Pre-Order Details:

Pre-Order discounts will be available in a "two phase roll out".

Phase One: You are given NO release date and no release date is expressed or implied. During phase one you enjoy the biggest discount but you'll also have to accept that you are not given a release date. By ordering a pre-order product during phase one you accept that no release date is expressed or implied by Kagi Media.

Phase Two: You are given an expected release date and the expected release date is one that Kagi Media will work hard to meet but does not guarantee. During phase two you still enjoy a decent discount and now you'll also have some measure of certainty that the release date is eminent. By ordering a pre-order product during phase two you accept that even though a release date is expressed by Kagi Media there could be a delay meeting the actual, exact date.

Pre-Order products are marked with this text on the respective product page:

"This title has not yet been released. You may pre-order it now and we will deliver it to you when it is released."

...and the Phase Period is also denoted

"This is a Phase One offering."
